To build a professional and meaningful relationship with my clients, I first like to understand what is important to them.  After knowing what their goals are, I can then be a valuable resource to helping them achieve what they feel is important.  I often do not conquer this task alone.  I work closely with a support team and network of niche focused specialists to ensure the proper steps are being taken in addressing clients' financial objectives.

In addition to meeting with clients, I focus time on teaching prospective associates about this great business and coaching them through training.
